Last updated: September 2026 · Applies to vecyra.systems and the VECYRA beta application
Vecyra Systems ("we", "us") builds VECYRA, a desktop project-controls platform. This policy describes what information we collect through this website and the beta program, and what we do with it. The short version: this website is static and collects nothing by itself; the desktop application stores your project data locally on your machine; and we hold only the correspondence you choose to send us.
This website is a static site. It sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics beacons, and embeds no third-party trackers. Standard web server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, user agent) may be retained by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
VECYRA is a desktop application. Your project data — schedules, costs, progress, documents, and everything else in the governed model — is stored in .vecyra project files on your own machine. We do not receive, host, or process your project data unless you choose to send it to us (for example, when reporting an issue).
If you join the beta program or contact us, we hold the information you provide: your name, email address, role, and the content of our correspondence, including any files you choose to share (such as project files or screenshots sent for support). We use this solely to operate the beta program, provide support, and improve the product.
Beta correspondence is retained for the duration of the beta program and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Deleting beta correspondence may end your participation in the beta program.
We will update this policy as the product approaches general availability (for example, if account systems or licensing services are introduced). Material changes will be noted on the changelog.
