VECYRA is currently distributed as a pre-release beta. Beta software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Interfaces, features, and file formats may change between builds. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your project files, particularly before upgrading builds.
VECYRA is a tool for project controls professionals. Outputs — schedules, forecasts, earned value figures, risk distributions, and claim assemblies — depend on the data and assumptions you provide and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon for contractual, commercial, or legal purposes. Simulation outputs (such as Monte Carlo results) are statistical estimates, not predictions of fact.
Your project data is stored locally in .vecyra files on your machine and remains yours. Files you choose to send us for support are used only to investigate your report and improve the product, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the website or the software: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no redistribution of beta builds, no misrepresentation of beta outputs as final product behavior, and no unlawful use.
VECYRA, the VECYRA logo, and this website's content are the property of Vecyra Systems. Beta access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the beta software for evaluation during the beta period.
Prices published on this site are the intended commercial prices at general availability, quoted in USD per user per month on annual billing. They may change before general availability. Beta participation does not itself create any obligation to purchase, nor any entitlement to future pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vecyra Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or project losses arising from use of the beta software or this website.
We may update these terms as the product approaches general availability. Material changes will be noted on the changelog. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
