Planning
Scope, WBS, BOQ, activities, calendars, logic, resources, schedule, and baseline on the deterministic CPM engine.
Module detail →The Suite combines all six professional modules with Core — so the planner's data date, the controller's period close, the analyst's risk run, the commercial team's delay register, and the reporter's monthly pack all describe the same project.
Scope, WBS, BOQ, activities, calendars, logic, resources, schedule, and baseline on the deterministic CPM engine.
Module detail →Monitoring cycle, progress, lookahead, EVM, resource actuals, productivity, engineering, and procurement.
Module detail →Variance, risk, QSRA Monte Carlo, forecast, scenarios, recovery, and forensic delay analysis.
Module detail →Contract, obligations, deadlines, changes, delays, EOT, and claims — built from linked evidence.
Module detail →Systems, assets, interfaces, tests, energization, and turnover aligned to the schedule.
Module detail →Snapshot reports, packs, preflight, and controlled publication from the model.
Module detail →The governed project model, knowledge graph, validation engine, deterministic CPM, genuine XER import, Smart Workbooks, and the audit trail — shared by every module.
Single modules are deep. The Suite is where the governed model pays off — because the disciplines stop handing each other files.
A delay event recorded against activities in Control is already linked evidence when Commercial assembles the EOT case — activities, float consumption, and records included.
Analysis runs QSRA on the live network, identifies the drivers, and tests recovery scenarios against the same schedule Planning maintains — no extract, no stale copy.
When Control closes the period, Reporter snapshots it. The monthly pack publishes from the snapshot, so the report and the underlying data can never drift apart.
Beta builds include all six modules and Core. Open the sample project, or import a real XER schedule and run the full loop — plan, control, analyze, claim, report.
